I just found that “normal” Tr value range varies by labs!
I was relying on Quest Diagnostics, but my Doc told me mine are high by any other lab standards…
Curious: What would you consider as a “high” value?

optimum levels are generally considered 50-100... but as this post points out, as APOE4 carriers, we might not want to go too low as we really don't know the consequences and they could potentially be negative.
