No worries! Apologies for my late response! I just recently omitted Melatonin from my protocol based on conflicting data that suggested it could actually exacerbate symptoms of cognitive decline. I’m in an information overload era and unfortunately data often conflicts!

Hi Kim, sorry for late reply... this query "slipped through the cracks". I use 10mg at night for sleep. (have done so for many years). Mid- to late mornings, I take about 50mg. It does not make me sleepy or induce fatigue or lethargy when taken during the day. Please note: that's my protocol and not a recommendation. At 73, I take risks I likely would not have taken at 30 or 40.
