Here's an interesting study that showed clyclodextrins reduced both intracellular cholesterol and accumulation of neutral lipids such as triacylglycerides for 4/4 carriers. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9870060/ Fortunately, my Lp(a) is normal so it’s not critical for me at this point but I'm definitely keeping an eye on this.
